Overview

The work I did with Dan and Heatforce, was to build their sales processes to ensure every sales lead was followed up on and more importantly, never forgotten. The secret to sales is to make more than one follow up but with new leads coming in all of the time, it’s hard to keep track. 

So I spent time with Dan and his team, to learn how they did things currently. This meant any new processes or systems brought in were created with the team in mind and with their engagement. This means that employee buy-in is there from day one. The system I built, meant nothing was left to chance or forgotten – the results have been huge!
